As a Small Business Administration Preferred Lender, we offer SBA loans as an alternative to traditional financing. Our loan rates are competitive and offer longer repayment terms and lower down payments.​

  • SBA 7(a) Loans – Businesses with special requirements can secure financing for working capital, equipment and inventory purchases, business acquisition, debt refinance, and the purchase or refinance of owner-occupied commercial real estate.
  • CAP Line Loans – With a CAP Line loan, small businesses can meet their short-term and cyclical working capital needs. Funds can be used to finance seasonal working capital requirements and certain types of construction, service and supply contracts, as well as consolidate short-term debt.
  • SBA 504 Loans – Growing businesses can secure long-term, fixed-rate financing to acquire major fixed assets to purchase land and equipment, make improvements, and construct new facilities.
