Our Diverse Workforce
Since our founding in 2010, Opus has been committed to promoting and maintaining diversity and inclusiveness among all of our team members. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is evidenced by the composition of our workforce, including members of our senior management team. As of December 31, 2017, women comprised 51% of Opus’ entire workforce. Additionally, women comprised 36% of Opus’ management team, which includes individuals with the title of Vice President and higher.
In order to enhance the diversity of our workforce and assure it remains as diverse as possible, we consistently aim to engage highly qualified individuals that will enhance Opus’ diversity in terms of race, gender, national origin, ethnic background, skills, experience and expertise. As of December 31, 2017, minorities comprised 38% of Opus’ workforce.
