multiple lease agreements to open new banking offices in Encino, Beverly Hills,
and West Los Angeles, located in Los Angeles County; Corona del Mar and Irvine,
located in Orange County; and La Jolla, located in San Diego County California. Opus
Bank has also signed a lease to relocate its San Pedro/Rancho Palos Verdes banking
office, located in Los Angeles County. These new banking offices are part of Opus
Bank’s planned organic growth through the opening of de novo banking offices in
California’s major metropolitan areas. In addition to these six new locations, the
bank has signed, or is in the process of negotiating letters of intent, for 11 additional
banking offices, that will include the first of several banking offices planned for the
San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.

The new Encino banking office will be located at 16500 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA
91436, at the intersection of Ventura Blvd. and Hayvenhurst Ave., and is scheduled
to open in the third quarter of 2011.
The new Beverly Hills banking office will be located at 192 N. Canon Drive, Beverly
Hills, CA
90210, at the intersection of N. Canon Drive and Clifton Way, just north of Wilshire
Blvd., and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2011.
The new West Los Angeles banking office will be located at 12301 Wilshire Blvd,
Suite 150, Los Angeles, CA, 90025 at the intersection of Wellesley Ave., and is
scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2011.
The existing San Pedro/Rancho Palos Verdes banking office will be relocated to
1000 N. Western Ave., San Pedro, CA 90732, at the intersection of N. Western Blvd.
and W. Park Western Drive, and is scheduled to open at this location the third
quarter of 2011.
Orange County:
The new Corona del Mar banking office will be located at 3748 East Coast Highway,
Corona del Mar, CA 92625, at the intersection of East Coast Highway and Poppy
Ave., and is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2011.
The new Irvine banking office will be located at 3975-B Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA
92612, in the Irvine Company’s Westpark Plaza, at the intersection of Alton Parkway
and Culver Drive, and is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2011.
San Diego County:
The new La Jolla banking office will be located at 7979 Ivanhoe Ave, Suite 150, La
Jolla, CA
92037, at the intersection of Ivanhoe Ave. and Roslyn Lane, just south of Prospect
Street, and is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2011.
