IRVINE, Calif. – February 21, 2012 – Opus Bank announced today that it has entered into three lease agreements to open new banking offices in Pasadena, located in Los Angeles County, California; Gig Harbor, located in Pierce County, and Mount Vernon, located in Skagit County, Washington. These new banking offices are part of the organic phase of Opus Bank’s planned growth, which includes the opening of de novo banking offices in major metropolitan communities up and down the West Coast.

The new Pasadena banking office will be located at 2 North Lake Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101, at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Colorado Boulevard, and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2012.
Pierce County, WA:
The new Gig Harbor banking office will be located at 4823 Point Fosdick Drive NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335, on Point Fosdick Drive south of Olympic Drive, and is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Skagit County, WA:
The new Mount Vernon banking office will be located at 500 East College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273, at the intersection of East College Way and Riverside Drive, and is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2012.
