IRVINE, Calif. – February 22, 2012 – Opus Bank (the “Bank”) announced today the openings of three new banking offices in the cities of Encino, located in Los Angeles County; Irvine, located in Orange County; and La Jolla, located in San Diego County, California. The Bank is also pleased to announce that Monica Dallalzadeh, Alice La Dow, and Brenda Boggioni have joined the Bank as Vice Presidents and will serve as the Retail Banking Managers for the Bank’s new Encino, Irvine, and La Jolla banking offices, respectively.

The new Encino banking office is located at 16500 Ventura Boulevard, Encino, CA 91436, at the intersection of Ventura Boulevard and Hayvenhurst Avenue.

The new Irvine banking office is located at 3975-B Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92612, at the intersection of Alton Parkway and Culver Drive.

The new La Jolla banking office is located at 7979 Ivanhoe Avenue, Suite 150, La Jolla, CA 92037, at the intersection of Ivanhoe Avenue and Prospect Avenue.

Ms. Dallalzadeh joins the Bank most recently from City National Bank, where she served as Vice President, Branch Manager; Ms. La Dow from Chase Bank, where she served as Vice President, Business Banker and Ms. Boggioni from US Bank/San Diego National Bank, where she served as Vice President, Branch Manager.
