IRVINE, Calif. – March 26, 2012 – Opus Bank (the “Bank”) announced today that Phil
Petrozzi has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President, Senior Managing Director - Fiduciary Banking Division, a new division within the Bank’s Commercial Business Banking division.
Mr. Petrozzi, a 30-year California banking veteran, joins the Bank after 17 years
with City National Bank, where he served most recently as Senior Vice President,
Regional Sales Manager. While at City National Bank, Mr. Petrozzi created and led
the Specialty Deposits unit, which serves title and escrow companies,
1031 Exchange accommodators, property management firms, homeowners
associations, and other types of businesses that serve as fiduciaries.
